Returns and Refunds
You may return most items in a new and unused condition, in the original packaging to 322 Slade Lane, Manchester, M19 2BY, United Kingdom. If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us (via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org) within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods), and you have 14 days to return the items. Certain items cannot be returned, as detailed in the EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURNS POLICY section.
Refunds will be inspected and processed after the items have arrived at our Returns Centre, this may take up to 5 to 10 working days.
Returns Via Courier
You may return most items in a new and unused condition, in the original packaging. If you want to cancel or return your order you must tell us (via email to: email@example.com) within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods), and you then have 14 days to return the items. Order can only be cancelled if they haven’t been marked as shipped.
Most return collections arranged by Pirkani Apparel Ltd from your home are charged at £2.99 (plus a processing fee of £2 per item) from mainland UK. This collection charge applies per collection even if you return multiple orders via one courier collection. The collection charges (including the processing fees) will be notified in the returns acknowledgement email. If you paid for the order by credit/debit card or PayPal, any applicable collection/return charges will be deducted from your refund. Certain items cannot be returned, as detailed in the EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURNS POLICY section below.
Exceptions to the Returns Policy
The following exceptions apply to our returns policy.
No refunds or exchanges can be given on items made to your specification, made to measure items unless there is a manufacturing defect, or the goods are not as ordered.
For hygiene reasons, hosiery cannot be returned if unwrapped or unsealed unless faulty.
Where a product has a security sticker warning that the product cannot be returned once the sticker is removed, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken except in accordance with your legal rights.
Items may not be returned or refunded if accompanying tags or labels have been removed, and everything (including the packaging) that was delivered to the customer wasn’t returned.
Returned items that are not in new or unused condition may not be fully credited to your account unless they are faulty. This includes items that have been worn or washed.
Pirkani Apparel Ltd reserves the right to refund items. This does not affect your right to return faulty items.
Pirkani Apparel Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Your statutory rights are not affected.
